Present during the launching of the partnership and the new Center of Excellence of the College of Engineering, Technology, and Architecture were no less than the president of the University of the Visayas – Dr. Conrado Iñigo Jr., Dr. Rosemarie Cruz-Español – Chief Finance and Administrative Officer, Dr. Anna Lou Cabuenas – Chief Academic Affairs, and Engr. Richard Saing – Dean, College of Engineering, Technology, and Architecture. For Altair were Satish Ramakrishna, Shivarajh Egambaram, Eng Ban Wee, Srirangam Srirangarajan, and Marie Delphine Achille.
