CHED Technical Panel Evaluates UV Political Science Graduate Program

The University of the Visayas (UV) welcomed the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Technical Panel for Political Science for the evaluation of its Master of Arts in Political Science program from July 13 to 15, 2026.
The three-day visit forms part of CHED's quality assurance process and the University's continuing efforts to strengthen its graduate education offerings. The evaluation assesses the program's curriculum, faculty qualifications, academic resources, and institutional support in accordance with national standards.
During the visit, the University presented the academic strengths and program outcomes of its Master of Arts in Political Science, highlighting its commitment to maintaining high standards in graduate education and continuous academic improvement.
The evaluation reaffirms UV's dedication to quality assurance, academic excellence, and collaboration with CHED in advancing graduate programs that respond to the evolving needs of higher education.
