UV Holds Fire Safety Seminar and Drill

The University of the Visayas (UV) conducted a Fire Safety Seminar and Drill in coordination with the Parian Fire Station to strengthen fire prevention awareness and emergency response preparedness among members of the university community.
Organized by the UV Security and Safety Department, the activity covered basic fire safety measures and proper emergency procedures before participants took part in a campus-wide fire drill.
The exercise provided students and personnel with an opportunity to practice evacuation and response protocols in preparation for possible fire-related emergencies.
The activity forms part of UV’s continuing efforts to promote safety awareness and strengthen emergency preparedness across the campus.
