UV-SSC 2026–2027 Officers Take Oath of Office

The newly elected officers of the University of the Visayas–Supreme Student Council (UV-SSC) formally assumed their posts after taking their oath of office on September 7, 2026.
University President Dr. Conrado E. Iñigo Jr. administered the oath to the student leaders, with representatives from various departmental student organizations in attendance.
Following the ceremony, Dr. Iñigo delivered a message on leadership and encouraged the newly installed officers to make the most of their term and view their responsibilities as part of their personal growth. “Begin your meaningful journey and consider this journey as part of a moment in life,” Dr. Iñigo said.
The oath-taking marked the start of the officers’ term as they assume responsibility for representing the student body and addressing the concerns of their fellow students.
