UV Conducts Personality Development Training For Future Educators

Future educators at the University of the Visayas participated in a personality development training on Friday, August 14, at the Doña Andrea Multimedia Center, focusing on skills and qualities needed for the teaching profession.
The training was organized by the Career Placement Services and Alumni Relations (CPSAR) in partnership with the College of Education to help education students strengthen their personal skills and confidence as they prepare to enter the profession.
Dr. Ma. Crispy B. Velasco served as the resource speaker and shared insights and practical guidance on personality development and professional growth. The session addressed qualities that can support participants in their future roles as educators.
The activity aimed to complement the participants’ academic preparation by developing personal and professional qualities applicable both in the classroom and in their future careers.
