UV College Of Education Launches Collaborative Education Projects

The University of the Visayas–College of Education successfully held its Joint Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) Signing and Collaborative Project Launch on May 6, 2026 at the Doña Andrea Multimedia Center, bringing together academic institutions and partner organizations in support of education and community development.
Participating institutions included Benedicto College, Cebu Roosevelt Memorial Colleges, San Remigio Central Elementary School, and the Commission on Population and Development, all joining the initiative through strengthened academic and community partnerships.
A key highlight of the event was the formal MOA signing ceremony for two major collaborative initiatives. The first, Project REACH Season 2, is an outreach program conducted in partnership with participating schools and the Becky O Foundation. The second initiative, “Heart to H.E.A.R.T Talk: Establishment of Teen Center,” was launched together with the Commission on Population and Development to promote youth engagement, awareness, and support programs for students and young individuals.
The program concluded with participating institutions reaffirming their shared commitment to sustaining collaborative efforts that create meaningful and lasting impact in education and community development.
