UV Strengthens Quality Management Through Mid-Year Review

The University of the Visayas (UV) reinforced its commitment to institutional excellence by conducting a Mid-Year Quality Assurance Review and Planning, bringing together teaching and non-teaching personnel to further strengthen quality management and academic performance.
Held on Friday, February 13, at the Doña Andrea Multimedia Center, the activity served as a unified platform for collaboration, assessment, and strategic planning across the university. The review underscored UV’s ongoing efforts to enhance systems, processes, and outcomes aligned with its quality goals.
The event was attended by UV Executive Officers led by Dr. Conrado E. Iñigo Jr., University President, alongside Dr. Rosemarie Cruz Español, Vice President for Finance and Quality Management System (QMS), and Dr. Anna Lou C. Cabuenas, Vice President for Academic Affairs, with other senior university leaders.
Key Result Areas (KRAs) were presented and discussed, highlighting institutional progress, performance outcomes, and strategic priorities. These discussions provided an opportunity to evaluate achievements, identify areas for improvement, and align departmental and office goals.
Through continuous review and collaboration, UV remains steadfast in enhancing learning experiences, improving institutional performance, and upholding excellence in delivering quality education for all Visayanians.
