UV Marks Month of the Holy Rosary with Campus-Wide Devotion

The University of the Visayas, through its Campus Ministry, concluded the Month of the Holy Rosary on October 29 with devotion-filled activities, including designated rosary stations, a crowning of the Blessed Virgin Mary, and a Holy Mass for the UV community.
The University of the Visayas honored the Month of the Holy Rosary with a campus-wide observance led by the Campus Ministry on October 29. Various rosary stations were set up in different departments, uniting the community in prayer and reflection.
The University of the Visayas Campus Ministry spearheaded the culmination of the Month of the Holy Rosary on Wednesday, October 29. To encourage participation, rosary stations were placed across different department offices, allowing students, faculty, and staff to unite in faith and reflection throughout the day.
The event was graced by a symbolic crowning of the image of the Blessed Virgin Mary, followed by a solemn Holy Mass. These activities served as a heartfelt expression of the university’s devotion and gratitude, reinforcing a shared commitment to spiritual growth.
Beyond commemorating the end of October, the celebration underscored UV’s mission to strengthen the spiritual foundation of its community. It also served as a reminder for everyone to carry forward the virtues of faith, hope, and love well into their daily lives.
