UV and PCCR strengthen academic alliance through MOU signing

On July 4, 2025, the University of the Visayas (UV) and the Philippine College of Criminology (PCCR) signed a Memorandum of Understanding to foster educational exchange and academic cooperation. The agreement was led by UV President Dr. Conrado Iñigo, Jr. and PCCR President Angelica Lei Bautista.

The University of the Visayas (UV) and the Philippine College of Criminology (PCCR) formalized a new academic partnership on July 4, 2025, through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). The agreement marks the beginning of strengthened collaboration and shared initiatives between the two institutions.

UV President Dr. Conrado Iñigo, Jr. and PCCR President Angelica Lei Bautista led the ceremonial signing, which aims to promote academic exchange, collaborative research, and mutual support in institutional development. This partnership seeks to expand opportunities for both students and faculty in the fields of criminology and beyond.

Through this alliance, both institutions affirm their shared goal of raising the quality and reach of higher education in the country.
