Congratulations to University of the Visayas Alumni Association, Inc. (UVAAI) President Dr. Salustiano T. Jimenez on your well deserved promotion from Career Executive Service Officer V to CESO III.
One of the most notable alumni of UV, Jimenez is currently the Regional Director of the Department of Education (DepEd)-Central Visayas.
The Career Executive Service is the ‘third level’ or the managerial class in the group of career positions in the Philippine civil service. It was created by Presidential Decree No. 1 to "form a continuing pool of well-selected and development-oriented career administrators who shall provide competent and faithful service."
