UV produces another Topnotcher in Teachers Board Exams

The University of the Visayas (UV) has produced another board topnocher in the field of education.
Rita Jean Bagsican Cabunag, a Cum Laude graduate of UV's Bachelor of Secondary Education program, secured the Top 9 spot with a 91.00 percent passing rate in this year's first Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) conducted on March 17, 2024 at various testing centers all over the country.
Cabunag is among the 50,539 secondary teachers out of 85,980 examinees (58.78%) who successfully hurdled the LET board exams as jointly announced by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and the Board for Professional Teachers (BPT).
The UV-Main Campus takes pride of its Level IV accredited Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSEd) and Bachelor of Elementary Education (BEEd) programs by the Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities Commission on Accreditation (PACUCOA).
